Support for EMS Protocols To-Go

If something is not working, call 319-250-1367 or use the contact form. Support is included with every agency subscription. There is no separate support contract and no per-incident charge.

Have this ready when you reach out

• Your agency or school name
• The name of the provider having the problem
• Phone or tablet model, and whether it is Apple or Android
• What you were doing when it happened, and what the screen showed
• Whether the device had a good signal at the time

Things we get asked most

• A protocol on the phone is out of date. Protocol content is controlled by your own agency administrator through the secure update portal. Start with them. If the update was published and the phone still shows the old version, call us.
• A new hire needs access. Your agency administrator adds providers. We can walk them through it or do it with them on a call.
• The app is slow to open on a weak signal. Protocols are stored on the device for exactly this reason. Report it to us with the location and signal conditions if it happens repeatedly.
• The text is too small to read in the truck. Text size is adjustable in the app settings.
• A provider left the agency. Your administrator removes their access. Do this the same day.

Security, privacy, and vendor reviews

EMS Protocols To-Go is a reference application. It does not store protected health information, and protected health information is prohibited under the terms of service. If your hospital partner, county, or risk office needs a security questionnaire completed or documentation of our security controls, contact us and we will handle it directly with them.
