- Pricing and new agencies. Tell us how many providers you have and what format your protocols are in right now. That is enough for us to give you a real number.
- Support for current customers. Include your agency name, the provider’s name, and the phone or tablet model. That gets you an answer in one round trip instead of three.
- Protocol content changes. Your agency administrator can publish protocol updates directly through the secure portal included with your setup. Contact us if you need a hand or need someone at your agency granted access.
- Security reviews and vendor questionnaires. Hospital systems and larger agencies often require a security review before purchase. Send us the questionnaire and we will complete it.
- Billing. Invoice copies, purchase order paperwork, and tax documents.
